Biltong Cutter

Code: AUCA700-002
Price: $199.00
Qty in Cart: none

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Nothing transports you back to your last safari quicker than slicing off a piece of biltong (jerky) with this beautifully crafted Rhodesian teak biltong cutter. This striking red wood with black highlights is the same wood used to lay the railroad tracks from Capetown to Salisbury (Harrare) over 100 years ago. The base of the cutter measures 6 x 12 and the cutting board beneath the blade is extremely dense African Blackwood. The stainless steel blade, hardware and contoured handle work in perfect harmony to make quick work of any cutting job. Blade can be removed for sharpening after going through your first ton of jerky! $199

Caution: Keep one hand on the handle and the other away from the cutting blade when using this device or injury may occur. Only remove food from the cutter when the blade is in the down position and resting completely against the cutting board. This device can cut through a diameter pine dowel. It is not a toy and should be kept well away from children. When not in use, store in a secure area.
