We have had great success with all the Courteney® products and we are pleased to add this model to the growing number of boots and accessories we inventory in the USA. This is their below the ankle fair chase hunting boot featuring a padded sport boot collar and extended facing for additional ankle support. The toe box is a bit taller on this model than on the other three boot models we carry and in some cases (if your toes point upwards) this will allow for a better fit. Customers have asked for a boot with a lighter, less aggressive tread than their iconic "truck tire lug sole" we feature on the other three models and thus this model is offered in a less aggressive ripple sole. A less aggressive sole is often thought to be quieter than a more aggressive one. This gives you the best of both worlds, traction when you need it going up and down the river banks in a sole that is less prone to picking up pebbles. Allows you to move with stealth so you can track down your game on foot-the sporting way! Available in Men's US 8.0-13.
SIZING
Fitting footwear online is a challenge but we have just launched a new program that makes it easy. The SURE-FIT Program helps you increase your chances of getting a perfect fit and offers discounted pricing on our most popular footwear accessories. This program is designed for both the first time Courteney customer and those who already own a pair.
New Courteney Customers
If you are a new customer and wear a variety of different sized hunting boots, then this program will dramatically increase your chances of getting the correct size in your first shipment. This is especially true if you typically wear two or three different sized hunting boots, depending on the maker and you are going to be guessing about what size you need. Do not add/subtract a size to what you wear-provide your most common US hunting boot size and we will covert it to the correct UK size/sizes.
Existing Courteney Customers
If you are an existing Courteney customer, The Courteney Boot Company has recently increased the roominess of their toe box to make them even more comfortable. In the past, some customers went up a half size to get more room up front. As a result of this new design that is no longer necessary so using the SURE-FIT program will make sure you too get the correct size. Courteney boots are sized using the UK system and the size is stamped in the top left and right corner of the logo patch above the heel. See illustration to the right.
