We offer two different designs. Choose our 3-Section SuperCompact for maximum versatility and multiple shooting positions, or our 2-Section Shooting Sticks for a lighter, simpler design geared primarily toward standing shots.

The most common shooting stick questions we get asked are "Which are the best ones?" and "Which model should I buy?" The answer depends on what is most important to you.

Which Shooting Sticks Are Right for You?

Start by deciding whether versatility or minimum weight and simplicity are most important to you.

3-Section SuperCompact

Best for Maximum Versatility

If versatility and a shorter break-down length are your primary concerns, we recommend our 3-Section SuperCompact. Depending on how many of the three sections you use, these sticks can help you make shots from prone, sitting/kneeling and standing positions.

SuperCompacts are available in a variety of exotic wood species. If weight is also a concern, select Featherweight African Acacia, which brings the SuperCompact down to approximately 2.5 lbs.

We use hickory for the middle section of the SuperCompact. If you are over 6'4" tall, tell us your height and we can build this model for shooters up to 7' tall.

2-Section Shooting Sticks

Best for Simplicity & Minimum Weight

If you primarily shoot from a standing position and prefer a simpler, lighter setup, our 2-Section Shooting Sticks are an excellent choice.

For the lightest option, select Featherweight African Acacia. At approximately 2.0 lbs., these sticks weigh about half as much as many premium aluminum shooting sticks and are considerably quieter in the field.

The 2-Section design is even lighter than the Featherweight SuperCompact because it uses only one set of aluminum connectors.
