Our custom-made Gun Racks are made by a Master Cabinet Maker and are designed with a unique KWIK-Hang bracket system that will have them leveled and hung on your wall in no time at all. These substantial pieces measure 10" x 50" and have found a home in many customers' trophy room.

Each rack is custom fitted to your particular rifle or shotgun to make sure that the barrel is parallel to the floor and the firearm is centered on the board for the most pleasing visual effect. If your particular firearm is not in our library, simply send us a tracing of it and we will take care of the rest. As soon as you order one, we will call you to get all the particulars (model, length, right or left hand, etc.) and answer any questions you may have about the various wood species, custom options, etc.

The warthog tusks are disinfected, scrubbed with a soft brush and then left in their natural state. We used to buff the ivory tusks but they wound up looking too much like the fake ones used by taxidermists so we decided to let them maintain their unique, original character complete with the eye-striking black coloration found at the gum line.

The tusks are permanently secured to the gun rack using a proprietary system that was developed in conjunction with a Board Certified Dentist who specializes in tooth implant technology. His knowledge of specialty epoxies and how to drill into bone and teeth was instrumental in developing the proprietary system used to permanently fasten the tusk to the wood base. The gentleman Doctor who helped us out on this project (a big African hunter himself) said it was one of the highlights of his career!

Available Wood Types
	Zebrawood ($100 additional) A tough, durable, visually striking West African wood with dark brown to almost black striping. This gun rack has a 1.5" deeper, Red Jarrah picture frame on the back to prevent it from twisting which is a trait of this iconic African wood.
	African Iroko A light brown tone wood that has a very exotic character to it that changes color depending on the viewing angle.
	Australian Jarrah A beautifully grained dark reddish-brown wood that may contain very striking black gum pockets. This was used in the outback to build roads as it is one of the densest woods in the world.
	South American Andiroba A medium toned red exotic wood that has shimmering tone to the wood with straight grain.

We combine the tusks with a stunning collection of hand-picked exotic woods from Africa, Australia and South America. If you are looking for domestic species such as Walnut, Red Oak or Maple we can make those up for you as well but to date we have not had much demand for those species. The wood bases are made by a Master Cabinet Maker and feature furniture grade detailing, thick 100% solid wood construction, and feature integrated KWIK-Hang brackets that allow them to be leveled and hung in minutes. The range of exotic woods offered spans the color spectrum to complement or contrast with any Trophy Room decor.

Mounting these Gun Racks is easy as the back features a recessed hanger bracket that allows for flush mounting using the detailed instructions and screws provided. These Gun Racks must be anchored into wood or stone as the density of the wood and large size provide this piece with considerable heft even before you add the weight of your firearm.
